Our home is professionally cleaned and maintained to high standards before every stay. While we do our best to keep the space desert-proof, occasional insects may appear if doors are left open — a natural part of life in the high desert.

Guests enjoy full access to the home via a secure front-door code provided before arrival. A backup access system is in place should technology fail.

For safety and peace of mind:

• Noise decibel sensor (no audio recording)

📌 House Rules & Important Info

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• No smoking, pets, or parties

• No RVs or campers (HOA rules)

• No furniture on the upper deck (HOA restriction)

• Lost items returned at guest’s expense

• Rental agreement and refundable damage deposit required

❌ Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if canceled more than 30 days before arrival

• 50% refund if canceled more than 14 days before arrival

• No refunds within 14 days of arrival
