  • 100% refund if canceled more than 30 days before arrival

  • 50% refund if canceled more than 14 days before arrival

  • No refunds within 14 days of arrival

About the Owner

I am a work-at-home mom that can usually be found traveling, hiking, paddleboarding or playing at a beach with my wild toddler boys. I love a good book, especially fireside. We are based in the Seattle area and Moab is our home away from home. Hosting is my jam and if you see me in passing, I will probably be in possession of an oversized iced tea. This licensed and legal vacation rental home is self managed by the owners. We are passionate about a positive guest experience. Extremely responsive to messages and available via phone and email during your stay. We also have an excellent team of individuals available in Moab should you need in person assistance in any way.

One additional Murphy bed available and 1 pack and play. This property would be most comfortable for 6 adults max at this time.
